Handmade pillow made from Guatemalan textiles, woven with cotton on the backstrap loom. This textile is from year 1980 from Nahualá, Sololá. The brocade technique used is meticulous and slow. The weavers from this region are not allowed to teach it to weavers in other villages because this technique is a statement of their culture and is to be protected.
