Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and holidays order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders will arrive in 3–7 business days (depending on your proximity to South Carolina) after they’re shipped. All domestic shipping is by UPS or USPS from our location in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Please note your order may encounter carrier delays that are outside of Pillows by Jane's control. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Thank you for making sure the shipping information you provide is accurate! If you discover an error on your confirmation email, please inform us ASAP, and if your shipment hasn’t already gone out, we’ll quickly make the correction. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, we will be happy to resend the order after we’ve received the item and collected new shipping fees. We can also issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping charges.
Store Pick Up Info
If you’re local to the Charleston area, we offer the option to pick up your order at our Mt. Pleasant location! Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for pick-up. Once your order is ready for you, you’ll receive a notification via email. If you arrive prior to receiving this notification, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for pick up. Please bring a piece of valid identification and the order confirmation email to pick up your order.
Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders
We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Shoot us an email to admin@pillowsbyjane,com and we’ll give you instructions for returning your goods.
All refunds are issued via original payment method (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase date. Late returns will be refunded to store credit, assuming they are in their new and unused condition. Refunds issues may take up to 10 days to process.
At our discretion, refunds may be issued for used or damaged items. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if your purchase arrives damaged and be sure to include photos of the damaged pieces as well as the original packaging.
