How to Order a Memory Bear

The Ordering Process

Choose Meaningful Garments : Select clothing or fabrics that hold special memories. Many customers choose items such as shirts, dresses, baby clothes, or blankets that remind them of a loved one.

Contact Us to Begin Your Order : Email us at cathy@pillowsbyjane.com to start your order. We will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for sending your garments.
Step 3
Send Your Fabrics : Carefully mail the garments to us. Once we receive them, we will confirm their arrival and begin preparing your order.
Step 4
Your Memory Bear Is Handcrafted : Each bear is individually handmade using the fabrics you provided. We thoughtfully incorporate the materials so the final piece reflects the memories and stories connected to them.
Step 5
Receive Your Keepsake : When your memory bear is finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you as a lasting keepsake to treasure for years to come.
